Cancellation and Booking Policy 2023
At the time of booking, you are required to pay 50% of your registration fee. The remaining payment will be invoiced on July 29th, 2023. The 50% option will be in place till April 15th. After that time 100% of the booking fee is required.
Early Bird Draw
Booking by April 1 will enter you into the draw to win a Kokatat Dry suit or Lendal Paddle.
Refunds (please read carefully)
Full refunds will be issued on or before July 29, 2023, minus a $150 processing fee. Any cancellation received after this date will result in no refund. No exceptions. Please accept that there will be no exceptions to this policy. After July 29th you can transfer your registration to someone else. If you plan on doing this please get in contact with us with the details of who will be attending instead of you.
Please check with your Credit Card Company or insurance company to see if you can get supplementary cancellation insurance to protect yourself in the event you need to cancel.

Please keep in mind after July 29, 2023, the event has agreements and contracts with service providers coaches, airlines, accommodation and meal providers that we must follow through on. There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy.
Ocean conditions and winds can change quickly. We reserve the right to alter sessions to best suit the conditions. These changes will be necessary to keep everyone safe.
